delivery & fees

Any order placed through MyFlowerMarket are sent directly to the local florist, who are also responsible for the delivery of your flowers. Our local florists are responsible for the concept, creation and delivery of your arrangement with no order transfers allowed. 

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day delivery. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store details section and orders for same-day will turn off automatically. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the notes during checkout and for any specific delivery related questions, contact the local florist.

Once you have processed your order, the local florist details will be sent to you in a confirmation email. If you need to speak to your florist you can call them directly, however please do not contact your florist unless it is necessary. You will receive an email once your order has been sent out for delivery.
